At this time, our doctors are able to restore any implant single crown or bridge, however we do not surgically place implant posts. In the next few years, our doctors plan to take advanced education courses on implant placement surgeries so we can provide this service to our patients. In addition, we plan to bring in a yet another scanner, a Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) machine. This scanner will allow our dentists to take a three dimensional record of our patients jaw bones and skull. That technology will give us precise information on the location and quality of bone and will allow us to place quality and reliable implants. We will also be able to use the CBCT scanner in combination with our Cerec mill to design and fabricate the final crown restoration before the implant is even placed. This will give patients the security and confidence of seeing their final result before even beginning treatment.
Having dental implants can be a costly and lengthy experience, but our doctors are dedicated to utilizing the all the digital technology available today to streamline this process for our patients. We know that with the right care, implant therapy can be an amazing option for you and our doctors are happy to answer any questions you may have.
